ORANI, Bataan, July 3 (PIA) — More local and foreign tourists are now expected to flock Orani town in Bataan as the Department of Tourism (DOT) launched Tuesday a new tourism package.
Dubbed as “One Countryside Experience,” this new project features faith tourism, farm tourism and eco-tourism that would advocate the development of tourism products and tour packages in countryside areas.
DOT Regional Director Carolina Uy lauded the potential of Orani’s attractions and historical landmarks which will surely engage more visitors.
“I’ve discovered that you have so many assets here in Orani. To see our assets when combined creatively communicates the Philippine way of life,” Uy said during the One Countryside Experience launching held in front of the Orani municipal hall.
Uy stressed that the tour package would cater to the demands and interests of tourists visiting Bataan.
For his part, Mayor Efren Pascual Jr. pledged to ensure better economic opportunities for his constituents.
